Our inside telemarketing sales people are on the phones 15 to 20 hours a weeks making direct contact with Schools, University's, Nursing Homes, Building Contractors Restaurants, Hospitals, Industrial facilities, Public Authorities and Malls promoting Cherokee products while in alignment with our partnered distributors. With the use of selling play books, a well thought out phone pitch, a short selling discussions tied into the qualifying questions, we then can synchronized our data with our CRM contact manager and begin the process of building great long term relationships with everyone from the end user thru distribution to the manufacturer.. 

From a custom sell sheet to a mini video commercial, we do all our video, graphic art & design in house. We invested into the best video, audio & lighting equipment, design & video editing software necessary to produce 4K high quality educational training videos, commercials, sales material for our distributors and manufacturer partners.

Cherokee’s full-scale training applications includes a full size commercial restroom, commercial kitchen. Soon to build a hospitality suite & health care patient room. Our Manufacturers, Distributors and End Users all have access to our facility.

Our customer relationship team is second to none. With the use of a CRM contact management software, E-Marketing campaign system with tracking, postal equipment, mail folding and inserting machines, its everything necessary to connect with customers in all six forms of communication.
