Our inside telemarketing sales people are on the phones 20 to 30 hours a weeks making direct contact with Schools, University's, Nursing Homes, Building Contractors Restaurants, Hospitals, Industrial facilities, Public Authorities and Malls promoting Cherokee products promoting our partnered distributors aligned with a Cherokee rep. With individual play books, a well thought out thirty second phone pitch, a two minute presentation and the right questions synchronized with a flawless contact management system allows our inside sales people to reach their goals monthly and begin the process of building great long term relationships with everyone from the end user thru distribution to the manufacturer.. 

From a custom sell sheet to a mini commercial, we do all our video, graphic art & design in house. We invested into the best video & lighting equipment, design & video editing software necessary to produce high quality educational training videos, mini commercials, sales material for our distributors and manufacturer partners.

Cherokee’s full-scale training applications includes a full size commercial restroom, commercial kitchen. Soon to build a hospitality suite & health care patient room. Our Manufacturers, Distributors and End Users all have access to our facility.

Our customer relationship team is second to none. With the use of contact management software, E-Marketing system with tracking, postal equipment, flyer folding and inserting machines for mailings, its everything necessary to connect with customers in all five forms of communication.
